Sometimes you need emergency support, and someone to talk to right now. Here are some website links you can click on, and phone numbers for various resources and organisations which may help.

Staying Safe: A website with help and support for people struggling with suicidal thoughts.

Combat Stress: Mental Health Support For Veterans

Safeline National Male Survivor Helpline,  for men and boys affected by rape or sexual abuse.

Women's Aid. For women experiencing domestic abuse.

GALOP The LGBT+ Anti Violence Charity.  Support for people experiencing abuse or hate crime.

Rape Crisis.  Supporting women and girls who have experienced sexual abuse, rape and all forms of sexual violence.

MIND  Information about different difficulties, ie bipolar, personality disorder, dissociation, anxiety, panic, paranoia, eating problems, psychosis, self harm, OCD, post natal depression, PTSD etc.
Samaritans.  Emergency support if you feel you are in a crisis or suicidal.
Alcoholics Anonymous.   Supporting alcoholics with recovery.
London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard.  A safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional wellbeing.

Papyrus UK.  Confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide.

Refuge   For women and children experiencing domestic violence.

Respect. Advice and support line for men who are being abused.

BEAT. Support for people with eating disorders.

ShelterFor people in need of urgent support around homelessness.

No PanicSupport for people experiencing panic, or anxiety.

Muslim Youth Helpline. Faith and culturally sensitive support for young muslim people.

Karma Nirvana. Support for victims of honour based abuse and forced marriage.
